Your Mission:

As the Clinical Director, you'll be the driving force behind our Respiratory Therapy program's success by:

• Managing Clinical Operations: Oversee instructor performance, student placements, and clinical site relationships
• Ensuring Educational Excellence: Develop clinical objectives, evaluate student competency, and maintain accreditation standards
• Building Community Partnerships: Secure new clinical sites and strengthen existing healthcare collaborations
• Mentoring Future Therapists: Provide hands-on instruction and guidance to students in both classroom and clinical settings
• Maintaining Compliance: Ensure all program requirements meet state, national, and accreditation standards

We're Looking For:

? Licensed RRT/RCP with 4+ years clinical experience (including 2+ years in education)
? Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (Respiratory Therapy focus preferred)
? Proven leader with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
? Excellent communicator who thrives in both academic and clinical environments
? Tech-savvy professional proficient in Microsoft Office and educational platforms
