?? Essential Responsibilities
Instructional Excellence
Design and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with institutional curriculum
Tailor instructional strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles
Foster a safe, inclusive, and participatory classroom environment
Student Success Management
Track and report attendance; notify Student Services of consecutive absences
Support academic achievement with targeted interventions to maintain ≥80% success rate
Submit final grades and maintain accurate academic records
Identify and refer students with averages below 77% for additional support
Program Collaboration
Partner with Program Directors to enhance curriculum and instructional quality
Contribute to student retention efforts and campus-wide initiatives

On-campus instruction at PMI San Antonio
Light administrative duties (grading, documentation, communication)
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally

Required
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from a CHEA-accredited institution
Demonstrated subject-matter expertise in assigned courses
Preferred
Valid teaching credential (Secondary or Adult Education)
Minimum 1 year of classroom teaching experience
