100% In-Person No Remote Work
Are you a persuasive communicator with a competitive edge? Pima Medical Institute is seeking a full-time Student Enrollment Representative to join our Denver campus team. This is a fully in-person role — all work is conducted on campus, with no remote or hybrid options. If you’ve thrived in roles like sales representative, account executive, or any fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, this is your chance to channel that drive into something deeply meaningful: helping students launch careers in healthcare.
Why This Role Matters
Make a lasting impact by guiding students toward life-changing education
Grow your skills in a dynamic, mission-driven environment
Collaborate across departments to deliver a seamless student experience
Thrive in a culture of innovation, integrity, and student success
What You’ll Do
As the first point of contact for prospective students, you’ll:
Initiate contact via phone, email, text, and CRM tools to understand student goals
Conduct interviews, explain academic programs, and guide applicants through the admissions process
Maintain regular communication from first inquiry to first day of class
Coordinate campus tours and represent PMI at career fairs, high school visits, and community events (some evenings/weekends)
Collaborate with Financial Aid, Outreach, and other departments to ensure smooth onboarding
Track progress using reports and performance metrics (contacts, interviews, application status, retention activities)
Ensure compliance with PMI policies, federal/state regulations, and accreditation standards
Facilitate assessment testing and review results to determine ability to benefit
Analyze enrollment data and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
What You Bring
3+ years of admissions, education sales, or recruitment experience — or success in roles like sales rep, account executive, or customer acquisition
Bachelor’s degree preferred — but experience and impact matter most
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build trust and mentor diverse student populations
Tech-savvy with CRM/database experience
Flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends
A competitive mindset, ethical integrity, and a drive to exceed goals
Must be available to work 100% on-site at our Denver campus — this is not a remote or hybrid position
